Spring Valley Mayor Simon Goes on Tirade During Meeting with Trustees – “You Can Go to Hell” Spring Valley Mayor Alan Simon recorded at a Village meeting this week launching into a profanity-laced tirade against Trustee Grossman.

After a contentious back and forth between the Mayor Simon and Trustee Grossman, the mayor refused to continue and left the meeting.
