2 Rockland Men Charged With Stalking, “Doxing” Of NJ Police Officers

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced on Wednesday the arrest of two Rockland County residents in connection with the targeting or “doxing” of North Jersey Police Officers – Evan V. Koulikov, 21, of Spring Valley and Eric Williams, 24, of New City.

The two Rockland men waged a harassment campaign against dozens of North Jersey police officers, researching and posting personal information about them online through what’s known as “doxing,” Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Wednesday.

Evan V. Koulikov, 21, of Spring Valley “unlawfully accessed a secure database of a New Jersey medical services company and unlawfully copied the personal identifying information of approximately 50 public employees,” most of them police officers, Musella said.

Koulikov was asssited from Eric Williams, 24, of New City in choosing targets, the prosecutor added.

In total, there were 33 “harassing and/or antagonizing phone calls” that were made to 38 victims, and at this time the motive is unclear.” Musella said.

Charges against Koulikov include computer theft by unlawfully accessing and copying a database, “doxing” by posting law enforcement officers’ personal information online, stalking and harassment. Williams, meanwhile, was charged with the same doxing offense

Ramapo Police Department Respond To An Assault With A Knife

On Thursday April 11, 2024, at approximately 8:27pm, the Ramapo Police Department responded to Trailside Place in the Town of Ramapo for the report of an assault with a knife. Upon the officers arrival, it was discovered that the victim had been accosted in his driveway by an unknown suspect. The victim was stabbed multiple times and removed from the scene to the hospital. Patrol officers located a possible suspect, and he was detained and brought to the Ramapo Police Department for questioning. The individual was cooperative and released from custody pending further investigation.
The victim is currently in stable condition and expected to survive. The Ramapo Police Department was assisted on scene by the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, the Clarkstown Police Department, Hatzolah Ambulance Corps, and Chaverim of Rockland.

All information will be kept confidential and can be made anonymously. Information can also be provided through the TIPS 411 platform. Rockland County residents can submit a tip via text message by texting the keyword “ROCKLANDCODA” and then their tip and text it to 847411. The Ramapo Police Department has increased patrol presence throughout the Town.

Clarkstown Police Units Were Dispatched To Affinity Federal Credit Union For Alleged Fraud

Clarkstown Police units were dispatched to 35 Bardonia Rd. (Affinity Federal Credit Union) for an alleged fraud. The two suspects exited the bank and attempted to flee, as officers arrived one of the suspects was apprehended. The second suspect, a female wearing a hat with COLORADO on it, had left the scene. Several CPD officers had arrived on scene and began searching the area for her. During this time Bardonia Elementary was advised of the search for the suspect and they out of an abundance of caution immediately went into a Lockout. The lockout has been lifted, without further incident. The female suspect has not been located at this time.
